-12 Fresh cremini mushrooms
-Fresh crab meat
-Fresh basil
-Fresh thyme
-Fresh oregano
-Unsalted butter
-Sauvignon Blanc
-Freshly grated grana padano
-Fresh grated buffalo mozzarella
-Coarse Salt
-Fresh milled black pepper
-Minced garlic clove
-Smashed garlic clove
-Scallion
-Fresh Italian flat leaf parsley

Clean and stem mushrooms. Remove gills. Season with salt and pepper. Place mushrooms in baking dish. Heat med. sized saucepan, add butter, melt. Place smashed garlic clove, white wine, and 1/2 of fresh herbs (once melted.) Allow flavors to infuse. Remove garlic, discard. Pour over mushrooms. Marinate covered, chill overnight. Combine minced crab, rest of herbs, scallions, one clove minced garlic, mayo, grana padano, salt, fresh ground pepper and mozzarella. (Allow flavors to combine before stuffing.) Scoop into mushroom caps. Top with grated mozzarella and grana padano. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 mins, or until cheese has nicely melted. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
