Graham Cracker Chops

   Salt and pepper both sides of pork chops.

   Crush graham crackers until quite fine in texture.

   Coat each chop with graham crackers.

   Place in single file into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake, covered, in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 400u00b0.

   Turn oven down to 250u00b0 and bake for 2 to 3 hours longer.

   Serve with rice and vermicelli.
