Gooey Pecan Bars

   Combine cake mix, 1 egg and 1/2 cup butter.

   Press into bottom of a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

   Set aside.

   Combine 2 eggs, cream cheese, powdered sugar and remaining 1/2 cup butter; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.

   Stir in pecans; pour over cake mix layer.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes, or until set, covering loosely with aluminum foil after 45 minutes.

   Cool on a wire rack.
