Ingredients: 1 lb lean ground beef; 1 onion, chopped; 1 -2 garlic clove, minced; 1 red pepper, chopped; 1 green pepper, chopped; 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped small; 2 (10 ounce) cans golden cream of mushroom soup; 4 tablespoons soy sauce; ⅔ cup uncooked white rice; 1 (3 ounce) can French fried onion rings; ¾ cup water; salt and pepper

1 lb lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 -2 garlic clove, minced
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped small
2 (10 ounce) cans golden cream of mushroom soup
4 tablespoons soy sauce
⅔ cup uncooked white rice
1 (3 ounce) can French fried onion rings
¾ cup water
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown beef, onion, garlic and jalapenos in a large skillet and drain.

Mix the beef mixture, both bell peppers, both cans of soup, rice, soy sauce, and 3/4 cup of water, salt and pepper.

Bake for 45 minutes, remove dish from oven and sprinkle onion rings over the top.

Return to oven for 15 minutes.
