Golden Secret Meatloaf Recipe

   Combine bread crumbs, applesauce, salt, nutmeg and pepper.

   Add in ground beef, onion and egg.

   Mix lightly but thoroughly.

   Cut cheese into 1/2 inch cubes and fold into meat mix.

   Pack into a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

   Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour 15 min.

   Let stand 10 min before removing from pan.
