1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. catsup
16 (3/4-inch) cubes sharp Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
