Golden Lamb'S Sauerkraut Balls

   Grind ham and pork together and saute until brown.

   Add flour, milk and dry mustard and cook until thick.

   Cook sauerkraut separately.

   Grind the sauerkraut and meat mixture together. Return to stove and cook until thick.

   Cool.

   Shape.

   Roll in flour.

   Dip in milk.

   Roll in cracker or bread crumbs.

    Fry in deep fat at 350u00b0 until brown.
