1. In a medium bowl combine the eggs, milk, cream, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt together. Whisk together until thoroughly combined. Pour into a shallow dish.

3. Over medium-low heat, add a tablespoon of butter to the saute pan and coat. Add 1-2 slices to the pan at a time and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
