Ingredients: 200 grams Beef thin cut (trimmings or offcuts are fine); 1 tbsp Oil (for frying); 1 tbsp Sugar; 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce; 1 clove Garlic (grated); 20 cm Japanese leek stalks (minced); 1 tbsp White sesame seeds; 1 tsp Sesame oil; 1 Red chili pepper (thinly sliced); 5 shakes Black pepper; 1 tsp (to taste) Gochujang (optional)

Servings: persons

200 grams Beef thin cut (trimmings or offcuts are fine)
1 tbsp Oil (for frying)
1 tbsp Sugar
1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 clove Garlic (grated)
20 cm Japanese leek stalks (minced)
1 tbsp White sesame seeds
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 Red chili pepper (thinly sliced)
5 shakes Black pepper
1 tsp (to taste) Gochujang (optional)

Mince the onions.

Remove the seeds from the chili and slice into rounds.

Add all of the ingredients listed for the dipping sauce and mix.

Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and mix well with the sauce, kneading lightly.

Allow to soak for 15 minutes.

Oil a pan (if necessary) and fry the beef over medium heat while separating the pieces.

Once the liquid has evaporated, it's finished!
