Cut each mozzarella string cheese in halves to equal 16 mini pieces.

Dip each string cheese piece into the egg and then dredge in the crumb mixture.

Place on a plate and put the plate of breaded sting cheese into the fridge to keep cool while your oil is heating up.

Heat up oil in a frying pan on medium high heat.

Cook half of the mozzarella sticks at a time by placing each one into the hot oil.

It will really only take about 30 seconds on each side to cook.

Then do the remaining half.
