⅓ cups Grated Aged Parmesan Cheese

2 cups Tomato Sauce, Preferably Homemade, Heated

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken or turkey, egg, tomato paste, olive oil, parsley, garlic, shallot, salt, paprika, chili flakes and Parmesan.
