Gluten Free Chocolate Cake

   Preheat oven to 375u00b0F. Grease and line an 8 inch round cake pan with parchment paper

   For the batter, beat the eggs with an electric mixer until thick and pale. Add the sugar, milk and oil and beat until combined. Fold in the melted chocolate and flour. Pour into the prepared pan and bake 1 hour, until a skewer comes out clean. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool. Dust with cocoa powder, cut and serve.
