8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
2 (1 1/4 ounce) packets beef gravy
2 cups cold water
¼ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon thyme
½ teaspoon garlic salt
¼ teaspoon season salt
cheddar cheese, shredded

Continue to cook until onions just start to look clear.

Drain SOME of the grease (for a healthier version, drain it all.
