1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cottage cheese, sieved
2 Large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking pwdr
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. minced nuts
1 c. seedless raisins

Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy; beat in cottage cheese.

Add in Large eggs and vanilla and beat well.

Sift together dry ingredients and gradually add in to butter-egg mix.

Stir in oats, nuts and raisins.

Refrigeratedough for several hrs or possibly overnight in refrigerator.

Form dough into 1 inch balls.

Dip one side of each ball into granulated sugar, then lowfat milk, then sugar again.

Arrange sugared side up on a greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 min.
