Ingredients: 6 boneless chicken breasts.; 1/2 cup thinly sliced onions; 1/3 cup broccoli flowers; 1/2 cup chopped beans; 1/3 cup diced potatoes; 1/2 cup chopped onion stalk/stems; 2 tbsp lemon juice; 1 ginger chopped; 2 tbsp mustard paste; 4 tbsp honey; 1 tsp red chilli flakes; 6 tbsp orange juice; 2 tbsp black pepper; 1 tsp vinegar; 1 Salt as per taste; 1 cup orange juice; 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes; 2 tbsp honey; 2 tsp mustard paste

6 boneless chicken breasts.
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
1/3 cup broccoli flowers
1/2 cup chopped beans
1/3 cup diced potatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion stalk/stems
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 ginger chopped
2 tbsp mustard paste
4 tbsp honey
1 tsp red chilli flakes
6 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp vinegar
1 Salt as per taste
1 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp mustard paste

In a bowl,mix ginger,salt,mustard paste,orange juice,black pepper,vinegar,red chilli flakes,honey & lemon juice.

Marinate Chicken in this mixture for an hour.

Preheat the oven to 200C (400F).

Heat a non-stick pan.Add onions,beans,potatoes,broccoli,onion stems to it & roast for 2 minutes.

Spread the vegetables in a baking tray.Keep the marinated chickens with the marinade on these vegetables.Cook in the oven till done.

Meanwhile,mix orange juice,red chilli flakes,honey & mustard paste in a bowl.Cook it in a pan till reduced to half the original quantity.

Mid-way through the baking,glaze the chicken with this mixture & continue till the chicken is cooked.
