   Meanwhile, pulse the cookies in a food processor until crushed.

   Press into a 9x13-inch pan.

   Drop spoonfuls of ice cream over the crumb base.

   Using the back of a spoon, spread ice cream evenly over the crust.

    Freeze for at least 5 hours or until firm.

    Thaw for 10 minutes at room temperature before slicing.
