Distribute between ramekins, smooth surface and bake for 30-35 mins, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for 10 mins.

Meanwhile, dip each cherry into chocolate and place on a plate lined with parchment paper. Chill for 15 mins to set.

Trim tops from pudding. Run a knife around rim of ramekins then turn cakes out onto serving plates. Dust with powdered sugar. Top with cherries and serve with ice cream.
