   cut gizzards in half by removing connect section between the large muscle parts.

   dice gizzards boil diced gizzards

   boil macaroni

   place peas in microwave and thaw

   finely dice green pepper

   mix gizzards, macaroni, green peppers, cheese in a large bowl with milk and pour into baking pan of suitable size (9 1/2 x 10) place in a preheated 350 degree oven place more cheese on top bake approximately 20-30 minutes until cheese browns.

   let cool and serve with a salad and (if you wish) grape Kool-Aid.
