10 lb. ground meat
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 lb. onions
1 bunch celery
1 bunch parsley
3 bulbs garlic
3 large cans tomato paste
2 large (46 oz.) cans tomato juice
1 small bottle Brooks ketchup

Heat oil in skillet.

Grind vegetables and cook in oil until soft.
