3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 c. shredded carrots
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs, sugar, mayonnaise, pineapple and reserved pineapple juice in a bowl. Gradually beat in flour mixture until well mixed.
