   Pour 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of water, 1/8 cup of pineapple juice, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, and 1/8 cup of white vinegar into the mixing bowl.

   Stir the mixture with a whisk to blend it thoroughly.

   Add 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/8 cup ground ginger, and 1/8 cup garlic to the mixture.

   Stir the mixture with the whisk until the sugar completely dissolves into the liquid.

   Place the mixture in the refrigerator.
