1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 c. milk
4 tsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. onion, minced
dash of red pepper sauce
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. round crackers, finely crushed

Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

Put cabbage, celery, water, carrot and salt into large saucepan.

Cover and boil 5 minutes; drain well. In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, mix soup, milk, soy sauce, onion and pepper sauce.

Add drained cabbage; mix well.

Melt butter in small pan.

Add crumbs (can use cornflakes) and mix well. Sprinkle over cabbage.

Bake 40 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
