   Put the cubed meat into a bowl.

   Sprinkle it with salt and pepper then pour the flour over the top and toss to coat.

   In large pan add vegetable oil and heat over medium heat.

   Once oil is hot add meat to pan and brown for a few minutes turning a few times to get all of the sides nice and browned.

   Add your half-and-half and turn the heat down to a simmer.

    Continue to cook and stir for 10 minutes.

    Add white wine and continue to simmer for a few minutes until the sauce cooks down a bit.

    Add your drained mushrooms to the pan and stir till incorporated.

    Simmer for another 10 minutes until mushrooms are soft and meat is fully done.

    Turn off heat and rest for about 2 minutes.
