3 Tablespoons Honey
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons Cornstarch
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes (or To Taste)
1/2 cups Water Or Chicken Stock, Or Less As Needed
