Garlic-Shrimp Fried Rice

   In a small sauce pot, heat the vinegar, sugar and water until the sugar dissolves. Cook rice and stir in the mixture as soon as the rice has finished cooking. Fan the rice cool then put it in the refrigerator for 30 min.

   Oil a pan and add the sesame seeds while the pan is still hot and toast seeds.

   Add butter to a large pan and cook the carrots, green onions and white onion until the onions are translucent. Scramble the egg in a bowl and add it to the pan along with the shrimp. Scramble the egg and cook. Add the rice and garlic butter; cook for 3 min. stirring constantly. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper for taste. Cook for an additional 3 min.
