Garlic Roasting Chicken

   Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels.

   Stir butter (oleo) and garlic together in small bowl until well blended. Using your fingers, gently loosen skin on breast and smear about 2 teaspoons of oleo mixture under skin.

   Spread remaining mixture over outside of chicken.

   Add salt and pepper.

   Bake on rack in pan at 375u00b0 for approximately 65 minutes.
