Garlic Knots

   Preheat your oven to 400 F.

   Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into slices, about 1.5 inches wide. Tie a knot into each slice of pizza dough and set on a greased cookie sheet.

   In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, basil, and minced garlic.

   Brush olive oil mixture on top of each knot, and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until dough is cooked through.

   Blot on a paper towel, then serve with some marinara sauce! Enjoy!
