Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil; 1 Tablespoon of Butter; 1 Tablespoon of Chopped Garlic Cloves; 1/2 Cup of Chopped Onions; 1 twelve ounce can of Tomato Sauce; 1/3 Cup of Fig Vinegar; 1/3 Cup of White Vinegar; 1/3 Cup Molasses; 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar; 1/2 Cup of Yellow Mustard; 1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon; 2 Tablespoons of Paprika; 1 Tablespoon of Chili Powder; 1 Teaspoon of Cayenne Powder; 1/2 Teaspoon of Cumin; Salt and pepper to taste

2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon of Butter
1 Tablespoon of Chopped Garlic Cloves
1/2 Cup of Chopped Onions
1 twelve ounce can of Tomato Sauce
1/3 Cup of Fig Vinegar
1/3 Cup of White Vinegar
1/3 Cup Molasses
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup of Yellow Mustard
1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons of Paprika
1 Tablespoon of Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon of Cayenne Powder
1/2 Teaspoon of Cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute all of butter, olive oil, galic and onions in a sauce pan on Med-High heat until brown.

Add a little Salt and Pepper.

Mix all of the remaining ingredients together .

Add a little water if you want your sauce thinner.

Once the onions and garlic are nice and brown, pour the sauce into the sauce pan and simmer on low for one half hour.

Serve it over beef, chicken, ribs, and sausage.
