3/4 cup mushrooms
5 clove garlic
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 tbsp white pepper
1/4 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 pints dry white wine
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 large chicken breasts
2 oz butter

Heat frying pan and brown chicken for 5 mins each side.

Add onion and brown, then add finely chopped mushrooms and soften.

Add wine and garlic, simmer for 20 mins then remove from heat removing chicken and stir in seasoning and cream.

Place chicken back in pan and return to heat fir 5 mins.
