Garlic Cheese Bread Sticks

   Set an oven rack on the bottom position and preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

   Melt the butter in a pan with the garlic and bring to a simmer.

   Brush the garlic butter over the bread, lay slices of the mozzarella on top and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.

   Put the bread onto a baking sheet and cook on the bottom rack for about 10 minutes.
