Garlic Bread - A Favorite!!

   In a small container soften butter or margarine.

   Peel garlic; with a garlic press, press all 4 cloves, one at a time, into the softened butter mixture.

   (Be sure to empty remaining garlic from the press into the mixture as well.) Mix well.

   Butter Italian or French bread with mixture.

   Wrap in aluminum foil and heat in oven at 400u00b0 for 15 minutes.

   Broil on high for 2 minutes if desired. Enjoy!
