Bring a large covered pot of water to a boil over high heat.

In a large bowl, place the sour cream, eggs, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, salt and the remaining melted butter.

Beat with an electric mixer at low speed until nearly smooth (a few lumps dont matter).

Spread half the noodles in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle with the apples, raisins, pecans, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Uncover and bake 30 to 40 minutes more, until puffed and set at the edges and almost set in the center.
