1/2 pound beef, round steak cut 3/4 inch thick
1 tablespoon flour, all-purpose
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
1/4 each onions chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules instant
6 each baby carrots
1 small zucchini sliced
1/4 teaspoon dill weed dried
1 small tomatoes peeled, cored, cut into wedges

Combine flour, salt, and pepper; pound thoroughly into meat, using meat mallet.

In 8 inch skillet brown meat and onion in hot oil.
