1 cup 1 onion chopped fine
1/2 cup bell pepper
4 cloves garlic smashed and minced
3 cups ketchup
1 cup honey
2 tablespoons tabasco
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup worcestershire
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 tablespoons butter

heat butter in 2 qrt sauce pan. Add onions, peppers, garlic and cook until the onions are clear.

Add all other ingredients except the vinegar cook on medium heat for 15 minutes stirring.

Add the water as the sauce reduces. add cayenne to taste. add vinegar and stir for 5 minutes.
