Gammys Spicy Beans

   Lightly brown ground beef and chopped onions.

   Drain or blot out any grease or oil.

   Add spices and mix well.

   Pour beans into casserole dish (or crock pot).

   Add brown sugar and ketchup and mix.

   Then add the meat and spice mixture, mix well.

   (When I use a crock pot I follow the same steps).

   If you are using the oven Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees, with lid on.

   Using the crock pot I do 1 hour on High and 5 hours on low.

    *If using the crock pot use Pam or a little grease on the sides.
