8 oz peanut butter
2 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
2 small / med shallots
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups water
juice of 1 lemon

Saute chopped garlic and chopped onions in oil over medium / low heat

Add shallots and mix in quickly

Add peanut butter and water and stir until thoroughly mixed; cook until first bubbles appear
