Fudgy Nut Squares

   In saucepan, combine 3/4 cup margarine and 1/3 cup chocolate chips.

   Stir over low heat until smooth.

   Add combined crumbs, coconut and nuts; mix well.

   Press onto bottom of ungreased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.

   Chill.

   Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended.

   Spread over crust; chill.

   Melt remaining margarine and chocolate pieces; spread over cream cheese layer.

   Chill.

    Cut into squares.
