Fudgy Bonbons

   In pan, combine chocolate chips and margarine.

   Stir until melted.

   Add condensed milk.

   In bowl, combine flour, nuts, chocolate mixture and vanilla.

   Shape 1 tablespoon around each Kiss.

   Place 1-inch apart on ungreased sheet.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes until soft and shiny.

   (Will firm as they cool; do not overbake.)

   Remove from sheet and cool.

    Combine white chocolate and oil and drizzle over bonbons.
