1 large pkg. chocolate chips
1 can condensed milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

In double boiler, mix chocolate chips, milk, butter and salt. Stir until mixture is smooth.

Spread about 2/3 of oatmeal mixture in pan.
