Fruit Sparkle Sauce

   Drain 2 cans (14 fl oz/398 mL each) fruit cocktail in light syrup, reserving juice.

   Combine reserved juice, 1/3 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp.

   cornstarch in microwaveable bowl.

   Microwave on HIGH 4 min.

   or until mixture comes to boil; stir.

   Microwave on MEDIUM for an additional 3 min., stirring every min.

   Stir in fruit cocktail.

   Spoon warm over vanilla ice cream.
