Fruit Soda Bread With Raisins

   Pour the flour, baking soda, salt, sugar and raisins into a mixing bowl.

   Gradually add the milk while mixing with an electric mixer.

   Pour the dough into a cake pan.

   Set the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Put the bread into the cold oven without letting it preheat, and bake for 20 minutes.

   Lower the oven to 340 degrees Fahreinheit and bake for 30 more minutes.

   Remove the bread from the cake pan and continue cooking for 10 more minutes.

   Remove bread from the oven and place on a rack to cool.
