Fruit Pie – a delicious recipe with sour cherries, pineapple, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, red food coloring. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1 can sour cherries
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. red food coloring
3 bananas, diced
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
2 pie crusts
Cool Whip

Bake pie crusts.

Let cool.

Mix cornstarch, sugar and juice from pineapple and cherries.

If the juices do not make 1 cup, add water to finish.

Cook over medium heat, stirring until thick. Add cherries, pineapple and vanilla and mix well.

Add pecans and bananas to the mixture.
