2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
6 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. orange juice
2 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. dates
1 lb. candied mixed fruit
1 1/2 lb. whole white raisins
6 c. shelled nuts (pecans or walnuts)
