Frozen Fruit Salad – a delicious recipe with cream cheese, sugar, salt, marshmallows, maraschino cherries, pineapple. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Servings: persons

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. Cool Whip
1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
15 maraschino cherries
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. Miracle Whip

Drain fruit and dice maraschino cherries. Put softened cream cheese in mixing bowl. Add sugar, salt, Miracle Whip and lemon juice. Blend well. Fold in Cool Whip. Add fruit and nuts. Pour in dish and freeze. Keeps a long time in the freezer. When ready to serve, thaw slightly. Can be re-frozen if needed.
