Frozen Dough

   Warm milk to lukewarm; add 4 tablespoons sugar and yeast.

   Let rise until you get dough ready.

   Mix flour, salt and butter as for pie.

   Beat egg yolks and add to dough, then add yeast batter and beat until smooth.

   Put in refrigerator overnight.

   In the morning, roll as for pie.
