1 lb. smoked sausage
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 c. celery
1 1/4 c. chopped carrots
6 small potatoes, peeled and diced

Boil water and peas 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and let stand 1 hour.

Next, add ham, onion, pepper, marjoram, sausage, salt and parsley.

Cover and simmer 1 hour.

Stir occasionally.
