   Add the oil to a skillet on medium heat. Add the onions and saute for 5 minutes,

   Add the mushrooms, and a pinch each of salt, black pepper, and oregano. Cook for another 5 to 8 minutes.

   Add a splash of white wine and cook until the alcohol is evaporated.
