Fried Noodles (German)

   Use any noodle recipe, cut noodles in larger pieces than usual, put into boiling water, cook until done.

   Put on a griddle or in a frying pan with a small amount of grease, fry until brown. Break an egg over them (number depends on how many noodles you make).
