Clean Liver and pat dry with kitchen towel.

Put seasoned flour on plate dust liver until covered and shake off excess,set aside.

Heat butter in a frying pan add sliced onions,garlic,thyme and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until softened .

Make a whole in the fried onions and add Liver cook for a 5 minutes total (tip when juices appear on the top of the liver it's ready to be turned over.)

Cook until slightly golden and crisp and put on a warmed plate ,cover with onions and serve with toast and Ur favourite dip(ketchup,Brown sauce)
