Fried Garbanzo Beans

   Chop and saute onion and green pepper until tender, then add chorizo, ham and garbanzo beans with liquid and saute over medium heat.

   Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for approximately 1 hour.

   If you see that the liquid is drying up too much, cover and simmer for the remaining time.

   This is good served over white rice.
